I thought it was about time I updated my Sunny Stockwell gallery while the sun was making a rare appearance around these parts. Once again I make no apologies for any over-indulgence of images from my patch. These are the (far from definitive) sights that make up Sunny Stockwell for me.
Included this year is my new favourite building - the Stockwell Methodist Church situated on Jeffries Road. A lovely period piece of art deco architecture - shame it's wasted on the tambourine shakers.
With one eye on the property market, Jeffries Road is jumping out as a current fave for the Big Move in 2006. If it's not the appeal of the 'ol time religion, then it has to be having Larkhall Park as your back garden.

There's also talk of some more stalls along the pavement and *whisper* even a cafe culture coming to SW8. It is towards the Clap'ham end of Sunny Stockwell after all.
